Do you ever have unfilled ad slots when sending your newsletter? There are a few options I've found in those situations. Newsletter ad networks are a great way to always have a sponsor to include in each issue though the returns might be less than selling yourself. Swapstack just launched a new tool that lets you used pre-approved affiliate deals which could be another great option. Or you can offer a discount to quickly find a sponsor.
